Website update, June 14:   
 

   > The Brookhaven Town dance for June 27 has been cancelled

   > We are doing a fundraiser for the Timothy Hill Children's Ranch of Riverhead, July 16 from 7pm to 11pm. The event is being held in the barn at Martha Clara Vineyards, 6025 Sound Ave., Riverhead www.marthaclaravineyards.com. The tickets are $30 in advance and available at www.timothyhillranch.org, 631-369-1234 and $40 at the door. Included are non-alcoholic drinks, desserts, and a glass of wine, naturally with dancing and lessons.
 

   > We are getting into a summer schedule now for July and August, with dance lessons approximately every other week. So, there are no lessons July 13, 27, August 10, 24, 31. There are also no dances at the Masury during those two months.
 

   > Calendars for June, July, August are available online for viewing and printing:

   > *For all monthly dances at the Masury Ballroom, on behalf of the management there, we ask that you do not bring your own beverages and water bottles. They rely partially upon the sale of beverages to supplement the cost of renting out the hall for the evening. Should sales be insufficient, they would have to charge additionally for the rental and this would have to be passed on to attendees. Thanks very much for your cooperation!
